The Academy of Food Tour Operators is to bring together Food Tour Operators in the UK to create networks and share knowledge and experience. This is to enable them to thrive and continue to offer great food experiences. Food Tourism and the popularity of Food Tours has grown enormously in the last ten years and there are now many in operation in the UK. These are often run by individuals whose passion for their local cuisine has meant they seek to share that passion and experience with visitors. This is a place to celebrate and support those people and encourage others to enter the fold through our training programme.
